She had quite the green thumb and loved planting and gardening; so much so, she owned and operated Colonial Nursery. In 2010, her best friend and husband Roger sadly passed.
Cindy is survived by two of her three children: Gary Parker of Plantsville, and Sonia Parker of Bristol; her two step-sons, Robert Herrick and his wife Courtney, and Scott Herrick; her siblings: Dan Bosse and his wife Valerie of Bristol, Linda Belden and her husband David of Houston, Texas, Jackie Centrella and her husband Sam of Winsted, Joan Conlon and her husband Jim of Bristol, and Dorothy Gager and her husband Anthony of Houston, Texas. She also leaves behind her seven grandchildren, who were such a big part of her life: Felisha, Michael, McKenna, and Sean Matthews, Ariana Audi, and Luke and Brianna Parker; her two great-grandchildren who she took care of and adored, Mileena Matthews and Ava King; and also her beloved K9 companion Deazle.
In addition to her parents and husband, Cindy is predeceased by her daughter Melissa Parker.
She will be missed by her entire family who cared so deeply for her, and they will continue to talk of all the fun memories and amazing things about Cindy. As they mourn her death, they will always remember her beautiful personality and heart.
