Team Up
Whether you are an avid runner or an occasional walker, exercising with a group
of people is fun, healthful and invigorating. So, call all your friends, neighbors,
PTO members, school and youth groups or fellow weekend warriors to join you in
participating in this great event that raises money to help women beat breast cancer.
Team-Up entries should be sent together along with a team roster and a signed entry
form for each team member

Price Chopper Kids Fun Run
Kids ages two to ten will enjoy the fun run course in the Wellness
Center’s parking lot. Ronald McDonald will get them warmedup
and ready to “Get Movin,’ Get Groovin,’ and Go Active!.”
Come cheer for the children as they participant in age-divided races. Prizes will be
awarded to every child. Adults must accompany the children.
Post race activities
After the races and the walk, enjoy a free massage, listen to music, or visit with
exhibitors. Kids can get their faces painted, bounce in the Price Chopper Hopper
and make sand art creations provided by Child Care Resources of Cenral CT.
Refreshments will be provided by Panera Bread, Price Chopper, Crystal Rock and
Cabot Creamery.

Entry Fees
• $18, if postmarked by Friday, October 3
• $20 after Friday, October 3
• $18 until Thursday, October 16, if you register at Sovereign Bank,
6 Federal Street, Bristol (open Monday through Friday, from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.,
and Saturday, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
• $18 until Thursday, October 16, if you register at Healthtrax at the
Wellness Center (open Monday through Thursday, from 5 a.m. to 10 p.m.;
Friday, from 5 a.m. to 9 p.m.; Saturday and Sunday, from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.)
• $15 for Team Up participants (minimum of five people)
