2025 5K Start and Finish Map, Start 10:20am
5K Race Instructions
NOTE: This is an open course. All roads are open and traffic will not be restricted. Please watch all driveways for cars backing up. Please use the sidewalk when possible.
• Race starts on Stafford Ave, just north of the main driveway of ST. Paul High school.
• Most of the course can be run utilizing the sidewalk
• Head north on Stafford, west side of the roadway, facing traffic.
• Turn left onto Steven St., heading west, southside of the roadway, facing traffic.
• Turn left onto Jerome Ave., heading south, eastside of the roadway, facing traffic.
• Turn left onto Mix St., heading east then south, eastside of the roadway, facing traffic.
• Turn left onto Maltby St., heading east, northside of the street, facing traffic.
• Turn left into rear entrance of St. Paul
• Immediately turn right, heading east, passing on east side of high school.
• Follow driveway turning left to go north, passing front of school, going directly under overhang.
• Head straight to the finish line.

NOTE: This is an open course. All roads are open and traffic will not be restricted. Please watch all driveways for cars backing up. Please use the sidewalk when possible. Stay within the traffic cones where present.
• Many places on the course can be run utilizing the sidewalk
• Race start line is between the north west corner of the high school and the track
• Follow the driveway to the front of the school
• Go under the overhang, then turn left.
• Head up the main driveway towards Stafford Ave.
• Turn left and head north on Stafford, west side of the roadway, facing traffic.
• Keep on the left side of the roadway the entire time, either next to the curb or on the sidewalk.
• Run past Stevens St, heading north, west side of the roadway, facing traffic
• Turn left onto Mines Rd., heading west, southside of the roadway, facing traffic.
• Keep to the left the entire time, do not cross over at the “S” turn, do not cross lanes, do not cross the double yellow line. Stay within the white for line, left side of roadway. This is the measured course and cannot be cut. It is also a safety issue.
• Turn left onto Jerome Ave., heading south, eastside of the roadway, facing traffic.
• Run past Stevens St, heading south, eastside of the roadway, facing traffic.
• Turn left onto Mix St., heading east then south, northside of the roadway, facing traffic.
• Turn left onto Lochaven Rd, head north, keep left on the west side of street facing traffic.
• When approaching the second right turn, cross over to right to turn onto the 2nd right onto Woodhaven Rd.
• Run Woodhaven in a clockwise manner.
• At the end of Woodhaven Rd, turn left onto Lochaven Rd.
• Turn left onto Mix Street, keeping to the left, head south towards Maltby St.
• Turn left onto Maltby St., heading east, northside of the street, facing traffic.
• Run past the rear entrance of St. Paul.
• As you approach the intersection, get up on the sidewalk. Roadway narrows and there is not enough room for the runners.
• At the traffic light, turn left, heading north on Stafford Ave
• Turn left onto the main driveway heading back towards St. Pauls.
• Keep to the right, turning right, heading towards the start line.
• Head straight to the finish line.

Please use the sidewalk at all possible times and use care and caution crossing any intersections.

• Keep on the left side of the roadway the entire time, either next to the curb or on the sidewalk.
• Run past Stevens St, heading north, west side of the roadway, facing traffic, running north on Stafford Rd. into Burlington.
• Run past Mines road, heading north, west side of the roadway, facing traffic
• At the three-way intersection, continue north in the southbound lane on Monce Rd.
• Run past Fire House (on left)
• Turn left into the first driveway of Lake Garda Elementary school.
• Turn immediately to the right, keeping the island to your right.
• Turn right at the very next driveway (second driveway, not third) onto Monce Rd.
• Cross over Monce road to head south, east side of street, in the northbound lane, facing traffic.
• Enter the 3-way intersection carefully, looking for traffic, heading south towards Bristol.
• When approaching Mines Rd, carefully cross over Stafford Ave to get into the southbound lane.
• Turn right onto Mines Rd., heading west, southside of the roadway, facing traffic.
• Keep to the left the entire time, do not cross over at the “S” turn, do not cross lanes, do not cross the double yellow line. Stay within the white for line, left side of roadway. This is the measured course and cannot be cut. It is also a safety issue.
• Turn left onto Jerome Ave., heading south, eastside of the roadway, facing traffic.
• Run past Stevens St, heading south, eastside of the roadway, facing traffic.
• Turn left onto Mix St., heading east then south, northside of the roadway, facing traffic.
• Turn left onto Lochaven Rd, head north, keep left on the west side of street facing traffic.
• When approaching the second right turn, cross over to right to turn onto the 2nd right onto Woodhaven Rd.
• Run Woodhaven in a clockwise manner.
• At the end of Woodhaven Rd, turn left onto Lochaven Rd.
• Turn left onto Mix Street, keeping to the left, head south towards Maltby St.
• Turn left onto Maltby St., heading east, northside of the street, facing traffic.
• Run past the rear entrance of St. Paul.
• As you approach the intersection, get up on the sidewalk. Roadway narrows and there is not enough room for the runners.
• At the traffic light, turn left, heading north on Stafford Ave
• Turn left onto the main driveway heading back towards St. Pauls.
• Keep to the right, turning right, heading towards the start line.
• Head straight to the finish line.
